Nona Davis found her niche when she took her first quilting class in the late 1980’s. She and her husband started Mrs. Sew-n-Sew’s Quilt Shop in the small town of St. Maries, Idaho in 2000. Whether teaching beginning quilt classes, mystery classes or a specific technique, she encourages her students to express their own creativity through fabric choices or design placement. Being surrounded by beautiful fabric on a daily basis is inspiring. She initially began designing patterns to fit the needs of individual customers. She gradually developed a habit of sitting with a graph pad handy every evening, doodling out designs. Nona and her husband are partners in their design company, Another Sew-n-Sew Designs.]]
