Eugene Sullivan is a graduate of West Point and a Vietnam veteran. He has served as an Army Ranger instructor, a White House lawyer for President Nixon, and the General Counsel of the US Air Force and the NRO, the super-secret spy agency featured in the movie, Enemy of the State. Now on senior status with the U.S Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, Judge Sullivan also heads a judicial consulting firm that includes three former heads of the FBI who are also former judges (William Webster, William Sessions, and Louis Freeh).
