Claire A. Culleton is Professor of Modern British and Irish literature at Kent State University and a University Distinguished Teacher. Her previous books include Joyce and the G-Men: J. Edgar Hoover’s Manipulation of Modernism and Working Class Culture, Women, and Britain, among others.

Karen Leick is Assistant Professor of English, The Ohio State University at Lima.
