d104>Michael J. Sullivan III is Professor of History and Politics at Drexel University. He has authored numerous articles on arms control and nuclear non-proliferation and has been awarded fellowships from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and the Pew Foundation. He is the author of Measuring Global Values: The Ranking of 162 Countries (1991) and Comparing State Polities: A Framework for Analyzing 100 Governments (1996).
