Hartwig Dobesch is a professor who specializes in meteorology and climatology at the Institute of Meteorology and Geodynamics in Vienna. He is president of the COST 719 European research program. Pierre Dumolard is an emeritus professor of GIS and spatial analysis at Joseph Fourier University in Grenoble. He is the coordinator of the "Traite; IGAT." Izabela Dyras is the leader of the satellite research department at the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management in Krakow. She is also the vice president of the COST 719 European research program.
