About the author JERRY M. ROSENBERG is a professor at the School of Business Administration and the Graduate School of Management of Rutgers University. He has also taught at the City University of New York, Cornell University, and Columbia University. A noted lexicographer, consultant to the Oxford English Dictionary, and widely published writer on business and technology, Dr. Rosenberg's seventeen books include the Dictionary of Business and Management, Dictionary of Banking, and the Dictionary of International Trade. Dr. Rosenberg received his PhD from New York University.
