John Spencer is one of the world's foremost authorities on UFOs and the paranormal and has for twenty years been at the forefront of research and investigation into the subject. He is chairman of the British UFO Research Association. and a member of The Mutual UFO Network (the world's largest UFO research body based in Texas).
