Susan E. Jackson is Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at New York University. She is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and of the Academy of Management. She serves as an editorial board member for several journals including Personnel Psychology and Journal of Applied Psychology, and is a Consulting Editor for the Academy of Management Review. Her research activities focus on approaches for improving how organizations manage their human resources.
